LivEco Phase 3 Development at Great House Farm Gets the Thumbs Up!
We were delighted to hear yesterday that Cardiff City Council planning committee have approved outline proposals for 21 new LivEco homes to be built on land adjacent to the existing phase 2 project. This will mean that, uniquely for South Wales, there will be an enclave of highly sustainable low energy housing designed for the private market. The importance of this decision is hard to over estimate – it shows that our recipe for well designed sustainable community developments has been recognised by the planning authority for meeting and exceeding expectations for good design.
